Why am I getting boarding requests from owners who's dogs aren't crated trained (when my profile preferences are sit to "crate trained only")?

About half - if not more - of the boarding requests I get are for dogs who are not crated trained over night. My preferences clearly state "crate-trained only" - and I mention this in my profile. Does anyone else have this problem? I don't like wasting both my time and the client's time with requests that were a no-go from the beginning.

That’s easy answer: Potential clients aren’t reading your profile (or likely any profiles) before sending messages. It”s very common.

The only way to improve filtering is to make that more prominent, as in mention it in the first paragraph in your profile and mention it multiple times in your profile.

Thanks Deb :-) I also know it is indicated in the Rover "preferences" check boxes. For instance, it won't send me requests for dogs who are in-tact - or at least will put a disclaim on the message stating "This doesn't meet your preferences." I will update my profile per your recommendsations.
