I completed the Rover 101 exam but did not receive the badge yet. The exam was completed and it showed the badge will show up in a weeks time. Please assist in resolving this issue? If there is any support email I need to forward to the details i can do that. Thank you in advance

No need to write anybody. I see the badge on your profile page as well as next to your name in the search results for Reston.
