I got a notification stating my client payment got declined and idk what to do?

I preformed sitting services for a cat for a week, it's a reoccurring Job. I'm supposed to meet with the cat once again the following week and then my services will be complete. Under details it says I'll be paid every Wednesday and on tuesday i got a notification stating their payment didn't go through what am I supposed to do?

I emailed them and all they said was ask for payment. I thought rover was supposed to secure payment so I didn't have to track down my clients
