Sitter Problems?
I booked a sitter about a month ago but when I messaged them tonight to confirm drop off tomorrow they responded with "who's this?" I told them we have a booked sitting but now they won't respond or answer my call to confirm. How do I contact Rover to cancel this sitter for a full refund and try to find a last-minute replacement!?
I’m going through this currently. I don’t know how this can even be a thing. It’s so scary when you have to find someone within a day or two when your dog doesn’t even know them.
