Sitter Problems?

I booked a sitter about a month ago but when I messaged them tonight to confirm drop off tomorrow they responded with "who's this?" I told them we have a booked sitting but now they won't respond or answer my call to confirm. How do I contact Rover to cancel this sitter for a full refund and try to find a last-minute replacement!?

I’m going through this currently. I don’t know how this can even be a thing. It’s so scary when you have to find someone within a day or two when your dog doesn’t even know them.

Rover staff can be contacted 24 x 7 at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. They will try to help you find a replacement sitter. If you already have a sitter in mind, let them know and they can apply the funds to that sitter. The sitter that you booked would not have been paid prior to the dates of service being complete. (Rover# holds onto all the funds until at least two days after the booking dates end).
