Can you deduct promo code amount for my first time booking already placed?

I signed up. I never received my promo code. I had to book my first sitter and pay without the code. I would really like to have that first time user promo honored and deducted from my payment. Will you assist me please!

You need to call Rover# customer service to ask them.

My understanding is rover only applies promo codes for new clients, due to codes found elsewhere which lead them to the Rover site to make their first booking (not after you already go to their site, as a result of their promotion and development)
