I only can do JPG Files. How in the heck am I suppose to upload a photo?

You won't allow me to upload my dogs photo which is in jpg format. How in the world am I supposed to upload a photo when YOU don't accept it?

You need to contact rover directly. If you call them they will help you over the phone
