One of my dogs passed away 3 weeks ago. So, I went to his profile and memorialized him. I noticed that his age was wrong. And I wanted to add a picture of my boy.
I was able to send an e-mail with the revisions I wanted for birthday and adoption dates, and Rover Support was able to make the changes quickly. To send an e-mail, I used the chat assistant and an e-mail option appeared after a few rounds of questions.
(Since I already had pictures, I didn't ask for revisions of these. I still think e-mailing them would be the way to go for this too.)
