problems with cancellation?

I had set up cat sitting/drop in visits for 11/2 through 11/11 back in early September. My elderly mother had some issues, which forced me to cancel my vacation plans. I cancelled my Rover request back on October 18, although today I got a message to review the service? When I go on the app, it acts like this was never cancelled. The only thing I can find in the messages between me and the sitter. I really cannot be out $439.29 and Rover needs to return that money, since the service was cancelled and not performed. I sent an email, but there seems to be NO other support. I am already extremely stressed with my mother's issues and have been spending money on her (3 visits to the ER in 2 weeks) and I need that money back. Who can I call to get help?
