How do I post a review of a sitter who did not show up for our scheduled meet and greet?

I contacted a dog sitter several days ago, Hayley (https://www.rover.com/members/hayley-m-your-dogs-second-best-friend/ (https://www.rover.com/members/hayley-m-…)). We scheduled a meet and greet for yesterday afternoon, and I drove to Hayley's apartment building for the meeting time, but Hayley didn't show up. I still have no response from Hayley after multiple efforts, I don't know what to do, any help?

Perhaps she had an emergency. She was not booked yet for a stay- plenty of other sitter options, why waste your time trying to cause trouble for her?
