Where do I find the "Leave a Tip" button?

Today I wanted to leave a tip for my cat sitter, but I can't find the button labeled, "Leave a review or a Tip." I followed the instructions (in the Help section) both on the phone app and on my computer. In the phone app, there is nothing in my "Past" inbox. On the computer I can see all the past visits, but there is no link for a tip. I know I've seen the button on my phone, but for a recurring visit is it only available at the end of the week??? Same thing happened to me. I called the Customer Support. I was able to pay the tip over the phone.

I just used a Rover dog walker and after the walk, I saw a large green button saying LEAVE REVIEW/TIP. I believe everyone has the same button after the sitting is completed. If the walk/sitting is not completed on the sitter's end, the button will not show up.

If you’re going to book the same Sitter again, you might message them that on the next service visit you’d like to leave them a cash tip for this past service & the future/ upcoming service. They will probably appreciate that. My understanding is Rover does subtract a percentage (approx. 20%) from tips left via app.
