How to get a dog to come in when called?

My Berner is not treat motivated at all. She wont come in when called and runs when try to put her on a leash. We have tried being patience, squeaker toys, and treats. We spend 30 minutes every time we let her off the leash to get her back inside from fenced in area. HELP!

I suggest you find a local trainer. Your dog has no idea what you are asking them to do and treats this as playtime

I would suggest NOT letting Berner off the leash outside of the home for any reason until said training has been completed and Berner DOES listen to you. Better to be safe than sorry with a REALLY long leash.
