Is there a way to prevent distant future bookings?

We just got a request for dates 8 months out. Is there a way to prevent that.

Say we only want inquiries up to 3 months out.

You may add a statement in your profile, which might help if read.

For repeat clients, you can tell them your preference is to book for the current month and one or two months in advance.

The other option is to archive it, which the requester doesn’t see, and message them that you only book maximum of two or three months in advance, so you can unarchive it then. It’s possible to communicate this in a positive way, letting them know that by doing so, it also will not ping their credit card until it’s booked.

I keep my calendar open for next 3 months only and marked as unavailable for anything after that.
