A pet care giver asked me to fill out two profiles for my two cats. Really? Is this necessary? I need a daily visit for two cats and it says two cats right on the screen. Am I not billed for two cats unless I have two profiles?

Hello,

I have used Rover for my two cats several times in the past with my current profile. Each time, I requested a drop-in visit each day to come by and feed and pay attention to my two cats. Now, I put in a request for the same thing for an upcoming vacation, and the pet care person asked me to fill out two profiles for two pets. Is this right?

Yes, it is correct. All pets need to have their own profiles if a sitter is hired to take care of them.

Yes. Your petsitter is correct indeed. Is it necessary to have a profile for each pet.

Yes, you need your profile and then a profile for each pet that way the sitter has information on age, breed, spay/neuter status, allergies, description, feeding instructions and other special instructions for each. I'm sure you agree each pet is unique and the sitter needs to know their differences. It also helps to keep billing accurate.
