My sitter never showed up and my dog was left alone. I want to report her and I want to leave a review so others know this person may not show up if they book with her. Since I cancelled the visit in the system, to avoid being charged, the system will not let me leave a review.

For future reference, the best way to handle it is to report by calling rover.Rover may be able to book another sitter to provide the service you wanted or will refund you. You don’t want to cancel because if you cancel the service, you cannot leave any review. In this case, Rover might have a way to work around this. ( The sitter doesn’t get paid until at least a couple days after the service date.)
Call Rover, tell them what happened, and they will refund your money for the visit that didn't happen, and hopefully they will remove the sitter too.
