How to have owners book properly for boarding?

Hello,

When I have owners book for boarding, they are not including doggy day care in the booking. Are they supposed to add both the day rate and the boarding rate to the booking or am I supposed to add the day rate into the boarding rate as one option? When I tell them they have to add the day rate along with the boarding rate I am not receiving the booking. Can you please clarify what I should do?

because any owner would assume that boarding covers a 24-hour period. That is the norm.

If you don't feel that your boarding rate covers an entire day, then raise it. However, when I look at the boarding rates in your area, the vast majority are under £30. So I am not surprised that people are looking elsewhere when asked to pay for daycare in addition to your boarding charge.
