Why does rover not make their time desired option more specific?

For example 6 am - 11 am is way too broad and this is coming from a rover sitter, it's difficult to be able to provide accurate availability when the time frames are overly broad and not specific enough. I am available from 6-9 am, but not from 9:30 to 11 am, and so clients will message me requesting times between 9:30 to 11 and it says I'm available during those times and I can't change it to make it less broad, leading to unsatisfied clients and it lowers my performance score because "I wasn't available" ... this needs to be changed. Also make house sitting and overnights a different service, because they're in themselves completely different.
