I am a UK citizen currently living in the USA but returning to the UK, can I change my account to a UK account?

I started Rover in the USA, as I am a permanent resident visa holder here with a work permit, however, I am a UK citizen and heading back to the UK for a couple of months, I wanted to walk dogs there. Can I change my account to a UK account?
