Send photo updates to different phone?

Hello I signed up for rover using my phone number and account and communication but for my vacation I’d like all the photo updates to go to a different phone number for the duration of the stay. Especially cause I won’t be the one with service on my cruise. I asked rover and they said two numbers can’t share an account. What do I do? Am I allowed to ask a sitter that?

Of course you can ask your sitter to send messages and updates to a different phone number. However, I would suggest for everyone's protection that all communication also go to the official ones on Rover. Yes, it will be duplicate messaging but all communication needs to be documented in Rover's system.
