How can I find out if a potential client has used a promo code before?

  1. How do I verify that a client has used a promo code before?
  2. Is there anything I need to do differently? I have a new prospective client that I've had to modify the day care booking a few times to make it affordable for. We've gone from 3x/week to 1 day this week and they continually do not accept the booking. I've reminded them to use my Promo Code but they say it does not work for them. (Says because they left a review for a previous person, they cannot use my promo code). The client seems to respond to my messages and I'm trying to be helpful, but they still have not booked. Please see my pending booking for information. I hope I'm not being scammed. Thank you for your insight.

It would appear that you are addressing your questions to Rover, which doesn't come here to respond. I suggest you call Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

And, BTW, pet owners can only use one promo code on Rover. They can't flit around getting discounts from different sitters.
