Should all animals in the house that need service be listed on the clients profile?

I have a customer who hired me to house sit for her dog, but when I got there for the meet and greet she also had 3 cats that were not listed with the dog. The cats don't get along and would require separate feedings etc. Which is fine, except that is a needed service and would have changed the price if they had been listed. Said client doesn't want to pay extra for the cats. I'm not sure what to do.

If you've explained that all animals in the house need to listed to be covered by Rover's guarantee (which isn't worth much), then call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

This problem comes up frequently on this board. You could search for other suggestions to try to convince them why the cats need to be listed.
