Background check never done?
I submitted my application for a background check. Waiting now for 5 weeks and after questioning Sterling about it they say I was never submitted!!

Are you addressing this to Rover? If so, Rover does not moderate or answer questions here.
There was a Red Dot on the Rover app when you look at it. Right now I have the number 8 in a Red Dot. I have asked questions can anybody help me what does it mean I need help with this. I look all over my Rover app I have no idea what it's referring to and the number just keeps getting bigger I've gone from one to eight now
I applied as well and now I can’t apply again it takes me back to the become a sitter main page only?
