I'd like to keep track of the bookings, fees and payments so tax season is easier. Is there a way to export? I've tried copy and paste but didnt work as i had hoped.

Yes, Premium and Premium Plus users can export Table data to a CSV file. To export the table, select the ‘Save As’ option from under the Actions pull down menu and then select ‘Export Table as CSV File’.
