I’d also suggest contacting Rover by phone for further support. The level of non-responsive providers is surprising. How fast walkers&sitters respond affect how high up their profiles are shown in the search results.

When you search, I’d recommend using the + to click in the map to zoom closer to your neighborhood, because there can easily be 1000 profiles that will appear (20 per page, 50 pages) and not sorted with regards to geographic proximity, unless you use the map.
