What if sitter doesn’t show or cancel? Doesn’t show after 24 hours and doesn’t cancel but sends picture as if she is there but is obvious the picture is an old one?

Picture is from before flowers bloomed, and before we installed security cameras, so really makes me wonder if she came as she was supposed to the last time she was supposed to sit.

Sitter here: First of all, I am SO sorry this has happened to you and your family (including fur-kiddo). I’d contact Rober’s 24/7 Emergency Hotline immediately. You can also cancel your booking with her and find someone else asap. Which you can maybe give your zip code, so we can help you out! Shame

on her!!!!*

I don’t understand people. I worry because my dog walk pics often look similar (scenery/ time of day) and wonder if the owner thinks this. But because of people like that it can cause doubt. Why even sign up for this job if you don’t truly care about taking care of these dogs? It’s terrible.

You need to contact Rover Customer Support. This is NOT the place. Their number is [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]

You need to speak with someone on Rovers trust and safety team and explain that the photo she sent you was old And Not how it looks now. Be prepared to send them a photo of how it looks currently so they can compare to what “sitter” sent.
