Is there a way to charge clients an extra day or a fee if I have to stay the whole day on the day they return?

If I am booked from Oct 22-24 (as an example) and since Rover does payments by night but my clients want me to stay till 8:30 pm on the 24th, is there a way to get paid for that?

Actually that changed awhile ago so that sitters aren't shortchanged or put in the position of having to try to collect for their time after the fact.

So long as you ensure the client puts fairly accurate drop-off and pickup times into the booking request, then Rover will automatically bill them for those portions over a 24-hour "night." BTW, it does show in your rate table that the Extended Care rates are in effect. You can read about it in more detail here:
