Question on drop of and pick up services, if a owner slects 1 round trip and has me pick there dog at the start of the boarding does that mean that I have to drop off the dog back to them or does it mean they will need to pick up the dog ?

If customer request 1 Pickup and Drop off that that mean:

  1. I only do a Pick or Drop Off not both.
  2. I do both a Pickup and droop off.

In the rate table, it says "per round trip" which refers not to you, making 2 round trips, but the pet. I remember when this was changed and Rover sent out notifications about how the rate would apply to both the pickup and delivery. So it is in your best interest to set the rate appropriately as well as the distance you are willing to travel. If the client only needs a one-way ride, then you can always modify the bill.

Found this:

even though it too is not completely explicit. All it says is "per booking" which means there can only be one such charge per booking. No quantity variable.

Think of it like a "round trip" airplane ticket - takes you to your destination AND back. If a client books a round trip, I think you are expected to pick up and drop off the dog.
