I'm trying to put my SSN but it says it's invalid?

I keep getting notifications from the app saying there's missing information I still need to put to complete my profile, and every time I try to put my SSN it says it's invalid, so I don't know if it's an issue from your end or if there is something I'm doing wrong. What should I do? Thank you!
