What if the dog is dropped off early?
Hi, this lady dropped her dog off 2 hours early. She was lucky that I was at home, because her window was not going to be open until later. What is the policy on this?

You set the policy. It is your business.
Rover doesn't tell you or the client what to do and what time to come by. YOU are in charge. This lady was inconsiderate by not asking you if it's ok to come by early. It's not your duty to be home 24/7. She's lucky you were home, and she's lucky you were OK with it. I hope you informed her she is to call or text before a drop off and not to make surprise visits.
