Is it possible to submit a review that the sitter won't see?

We just completed a booking and were less than happy with it, but I don't want to submit a review that the sitter will see because I don't want to start anything. Is there a way to let http://Rover.com know about our bad experience without the sitter knowing?

Reviews are publicly visible to all. Rover will not edit them, no matter what. If the sitter views their reviews, they can see them. You could assign a low star rating with no comments. If the sitter had other dissatisfied bookings around the same time, they may not know where which one gave the low star.

Another option is to call Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and tell them you want to email them correspondence for their internal files. Depending how bad this booking was, you may even choose to ask for an email address for “ rover trust and safety support “. They would not publish this, but they may follow up with the sitter and require them to document or explain.
