Can I ask Rover to NEVER show me a person again?

As a dog-owner using Rover (not a Rover sitter): We have tried some dog walkers who have not worked out. We have booked stays with people we loved that have now moved away or are no longer sitting. We did a meet and greet with someone we very much didn't like and would never use.

Two of those described infuriatingly show up every time I go to Rover, right on my homepage under "Rebook a previous sitter" which is totally useless since I will not / cannot use them again. In fact, it reminds me what a failure Rover has been for us. I wish I could just mark people as "hide" so that they don't show up bothering me over and over again. (and, I can't even find a place to "suggest a feature" on Rover, so now I'm just begging to the choir, I'm sure.)
