How do I update my email address when I cannot access the original email?
I previously had an email through Spectrum but my family changed services and I no longer have access to that email and cannot login. I need to change my email with Rover. However, Rover states I must contact support to change the email but when I contact support, I am prompted with the choice to change my name or phone number, but not the email associated with the account. At this point I am at a loss of what to do. I have pending payments and upcoming bookings, plus I have built my account with reviews, so I am not able to simply delete my profile and create another.
