I canceled 2 days before requested date because I had Covid and Rover did not refund.Why?
Both Sitter and I are in agreement but Rover seems oblivious to this request for refund. I have properly recschedule for next month. There seems to be NO WAY to call or chat Rover. Not good!!
I’m having a similar situation. I don’t think I’ll ever use Rover again they take your money and they don’t give it back
