I've been charged twice for one week. What can I do to get a refund?

Here you can see my payment history and that I have been charged twice for the same week. I just want to pay for the week once. Nothing more, nothing less. Thanks.

I’d suggest calling rover customer service at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] to resolve. Sometimes errors happen. I’ve seen it happen, contacted rover, and they had the charge credited (I think that’s usually done in 3-5 business days)

Thank you. I called them and they solved the problem + refunded me. I did so immediately after this forum post but forgot to come back and give an update, so here's that update right now.
