Transferred account from DogVacay and don't have the option to edit my page or see my old reviews?

I transferred account from DogVacay and don't have the option to edit my page or see my old reviews? When I click the button "start creating your profile" nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

The Dogvacay transition took place several years ago; the data is probably long gone, sorry Rover thinks you are a brand new sitter
