Can I block specific people from seeing my availability or at least have my profile show up as "no availability" to them, specifically?

I have a client with whom I no longer wish to do business, for personal reasons.

Is there a way I can block them from seeing my future availability, or at least have my profile show as "no availability", to them specifically?

I'm trying to avoid turning down their request.

Yes, you can! Go to their chat, select the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner. Select ‘Report.’

Next screen will ask, “why are you submitting this report?” Select whatever is applicable.

The final screen will allow you a space to submit an internal comment, as well as a “block” option at the bottom.

That's an interesting approach. I see the final option under report is "I no longer want to interact with this person." Does it work? Can they no longer contact you?

No, there is no way to block a client. The best thing for you to do is tell them that you are not a good fit for their pet and that you are confident they will find another one on Rover. You don't have to be more specific about what's wrong, but this is the kindest way to do it.
