How do I filter for sitters who can inject medication?

My dog is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice per day. I would like to filter sitters in my area who are willing and able to administer his shots.

How do I find sitters able to administer injected medication without spending hours reading individual profiles and emailing potentials to confirm?

Does Rover's product team really not respect the time of their customers to that degree? Or do they just not care about special needs animals? There's no excuse to not have a filter this important.

Customers should also be able to filter for sitters that have dogs in their home. Lots of dogs need to be socialized and I will only leave my dog, if there is another dog in the home for companionship in my absence.

Rover - please add some basic filters. I've been requesting them for over a year.

Totally crazy - you have to read through each profile to find out if they have a cat or dog or a yard - ridiculous

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to filter your search for this, but their customer service people, I believe, can do it. Try calling [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

Also, since Rover does not come to this board, it is critical that you convey your displeasure with them directly. I totally agree that their website is poorly done and they haven't done anything to improve it. I agree with everything you wrote, and you should tell them how the search function needs to be improved.
