I submitted a background check over a month ago?

Hi,

I submitted a background check over a month ago, but it hasn't been updated yet.

How long is it going to take to get updated?

The website always says,

"You've already submitted a background check.

This page will be updated when we receive the results. If you pass the background check, you will automatically receive the badge."

and never changed for a long time.

Comments

I haven't been notified about my approval status and it has been 2 weeks. It says to contact after 5 days. Can you please update me.
