APP - RoverCard pictures not appearing after walk?

I used to be able to see the photos of our pup on his walks. but now when i log in to the app, there are no photos. However I know our walker is posting them, because I see the thumbnail in the text messages. Also - my husband uses the same login and can view them on his phone. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but nothing is working. Any suggestions? I have an iPhone Xs Max. Thank you!
