Ok I just noticed that there are certain dates Rover does holiday pay. I charge extra for holiday pay. But the upcoming drop in does not have the dates that Rover says are holidays(Jan 14-17).
If you have already accepted and confirmed the booking there is nothing you can do. Also, if the booking is recurring holiday rates are not charged.
So how are you suppose to get paid on all of you recurring bookings if they fall on holidays?
