Rover withdraw payments??

I did a full week of drop in visits with a client twice a day for a half hour. I have completed the week and it has now been 48 hours and i still have no payment. I have my account linked to my bank account but i do not see any incoming payment on there either. Has anyone else had this issue, i also reached out to http://rover.com but there isn't a customer service number so i was forced to just send a email and haven't heard back yet. The website still says to link a PayPal but i don't even see that option on the app or website..Can someone help please??

A couple of things could be causing your situation. Rover is in the process of changing over from Paypal to Stripe. The link above mainly discusses Stripe and how to use it but you can see some instructions for Paypal withdrawals toward the end. If it is your first time withdrawing your Rover balance to Paypal, it can take several days. Established accounts will see the money transferred immediately.

Setting up your withdrawal method is done from your Dashboard. Here is the direct link, which asks for your Paypal account. When you have a balance, you go to your Dashboard and initiate the withdrawal or set it up for automatic transfers. I find it quite easy to navigate this process on a computer and have no idea how it is done on the app. Here's your link:
