Why was my credit card charged when visit was cancelled?

I had booked with a Sitter in Fredericksburg, VA for 3 nights in November. I cancelled the stay in advance, and http://Rover.com shows that I cancelled. Yet, I have a $160.50 charge on my credit card, which should not have been charged.

I would like Rover to refund my money.

How rover works, is When you hit book now, it takes the money, and holds it, until the service is completed. If it if not completed , it puts it back. Depending on weekend / holidays sometimes takes a few days
