How do I edit my profile to just be a user who is looking for someone to watch my pet and why does your support feature not work at all?

I can't access support. It says I don't have permission.

And there is a boarder thing under my profile. I don't want to board or sit pets. I just need to find someone to watch my pets.

Can someone else help me fix this?

This site seems to have some serious issues and lack of usability. :-(
