My meet and greets have not been syncing to my Google calendar like they did previously. I tried deleting and readding the calendar. All other events (boarding, walks, etc) show up fine. Anyone else having this problem?
Syncing to Google is hit or miss and you cannot rely on it. But I'd call to complain Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]
It’s also happening with iCal.
It's in the settings of your calendar app. I think I synced it on the rover app. Then used the calendar app and tapped the down arrow to see what's enabled. The rover stuff was there so I clicked it. I can't upload a screen shot. But I hope that helps.
I have the same problem. Some changes update in my google calendar while others never update. With no rhyme or reason. Some cancelled/archived bookings never go away, while some changes to meet and greet times update instantly. I have tried deleting and resyncing on both iCal and google calendar several times.
It is quite a lot of work to manage the calendar when I have to constantly double check back in the conversations that the dates and times are correct. It has screwed me up many times.
Same for me. Meet and greets used to work fine with Google calendar. Now they often don't show 😔
