where to find drop off hours?

Where on a sitters site can I find their personal drop off and pick up preference times? What hours they want pets to be dropped off or picked up without applying a surcharge.

I am only guessing that the "surcharge" you mention is actually the new way Rover is compensating sitters for pets in their care for over the allotted time for each "night" of boarding. It has nothing to do with "preferences," but is automatically charged by Rover when the drop-off and pick-up times you enter into the booking request exceed the standard amount for each "nightly" charge.

If you have dropped off your pet at, say, 9 am, then you will need to pick up the pet by 9 am on the final day of its stay. Each night of boarding is good for "up to" 24 hours of care. Rover is now compensating sitters when a pet in my example gets picked up at 8 pm on the final day. The way Rover is doing is in two tiers. If the end time is 2-8 hours over, then you are charged 50% of the nightly rate. If it is 8+ hours over, then you are charged for an additional "night" of boarding.

If this is not the situation you are encountering, then contact the sitter or Rover.
