Is Rover.com aware of a long-time website glitch?

Anytime I click the service I want from the home page (i.e. - "Drop In Visit"), it takes me to a screen that shows the listing of sitters popped forward and the criteria pane is in the background. I can't enter any details for the service, so I can't filter the sitters to find one that meets my needs. It's been happening for at least a year, so I know that it exists across multiple releases of Chrome. I've tried clearing my cache/cookies and using an incognito window, but it still happens. My only choice is to use a totally different browser (IE) when I want to search for someone. It's quite annoying and I'm curious if other Chrome users have seen the same problem.
