rover a question?

i hoe you can help me,i had a problem when i got booked miceala,i had to cancelbmecause i was running a fever,so i had to go to to one of those walk in the clinics,just to make sure i didn't have covidi already had 2 vaccines,and i am curious as to why i had to pay miceala's full pay.,when luckily didn't have covid,,i am curious,yourrules are about cooovid,nevertheless,i i think it i totally unfair that i didn't get a dime back. i have used tover since noodles was a puppy and i am surprised that i am begging of you,for even $20.00mback. thank you for your time, amy j.sessa
