Can we have a flat rate for tips?

Hi Rover and sitters. I really appreciate that Rover added a tipping feature for sitters and their customers. Would there be a possibility of adding an option of a flat tip rate? I have many dog owners who have told us they would tip more, but there seems to be a percentage cap (20%)? Thanks!!
