Cannot log in with the phone app?
For some reason I cannot log in to my account via the app. Only way to get in is on a desktop. Does anyone else have this issue? Tips?

Just signed up today. login and password works on computer, but not on mobile app. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Still not working. Any help on this?
I can't use it either it's giving me the same problems I can't open it from my mobile app but I can open it on my computer and phone, I can only login through Safari.
Same issue! Tried changing password multiple Times, reinstalled app, etc.
I have this same problem. Changed my password and reinstalled the app. Still can't login. Website is fine though.
How do you reset your password and user ID?
you must use the same login id and password, but I would download the app again
I’m having the exact same issue I had to reset my password and it won’t recognize it on the app. however logging in on the desktop it’s fine
