Drop-in service is defined as a 30-minute visit. Many cat clients request a shorter visit, some with multiple pets request a longer visit. As an owner visit duration should be discussed with your sitter at the meet and greet

I typically stay 30 minutes. During this time, if weather permits, I take the dogs on a quick walk, always freshen up their water, and feed. I usually pick up their waste in the yards if the tools are available and if I am caring for a cat I always scoop up and clean the catbox during a drop in.

Basic visit is 30 minutes. Your sitter should at least stay for 30 minutes, unless you have previously agreed to a shorter stay. You can also have them stay for 60 minutes now for an additional charge. If the sitter does 60 minute visits (not all do), you will see the 60 minute rate in their pricing page.
