How do I make a suggestion to Rover?
I'd like to make a comment to Rover about the sitters' calendars, but I can't find a place to make a comment; I can only find ways to ask questions. I don't have a question. How do I write directly to Rover with a suggesion for their website?
Two sitters never responded. One said she would take the job, but did not get back to me after many requests. Several claimed that they were not available, yet their calendars did not indicate that. I am very frustrated!!
